Someone asked me which of the 12 Lagna (Ascendant or Rising Sign) is the quietest and most reserved.

That’s a difficult question to answer. There are too many variables and it’s hard to say without seeing an entire Natal Chart.

The Ascendant Lord would have to be examined along with any planets in the Ascendant. The Nakshatra and Aspects to the Ascendant also matter. Not to mention, the importance that the Moon Sign has over the personality.

Although, here is the basic answer.

Aries Rising gives a go-getter personality with good stamina.

Taurus Rising gives a charming, friendly, and materialistic personality.

Gemini Rising gives an intellectual personality that likes to connect to others.

Cancer Rising gives a strong personality that’s very nurturing and protective of family.

Leo Rising gives someone with an aristocratic air who can sometimes come off as overly controlling and egocentric.

Virgo Rising gives a shy and beautiful personality with many skill sets and healing abilities.

Libra Rising gives a subtle reserved personality with expertise in art, occult, philosophy, relationships, and karmic justice.

Scorpio Rising gives an intense, profound, secretive, proud, curious, and dynamic personality. One that is constantly growing and becoming wiser through challenges.

Sagittarius Rising gives a very mature and philosophical personality. One who tends to focus on worldly issues and one who is always on the go to fight for a righteous cause.

Virgo is because they are self-conscious. Their appearance and being perfect are extremely important to them.

Libra is because they exude the power of Venus’s peace and calmness. They can be around others and not say a word, and they are some of the calmest people in high-pressure situations.

Scorpio is because they hide their intensity while remaining calm and lighthearted at the surface. They fear their high passion, sensitivity, and intense thoughts will be too much for others. Scorpio people would rather keep it cool and under control and only focus on the positives.

Sagittarius is because they love freedom and are always on an active righteous quest.
